What is the length of your warranty?

The warranty period of our products is 2 years. If you experience any problems, please contact us with your order number and email address at [email protected]. Our technical team will assist you as soon as possible.

How long will it take to receive the products after purchasing?

At United Luxury Shop, we have warehouses in America, Europe, and the Far East. Your orders are dispatched from the nearest warehouse depending on stock status. If there is no stock in the USA warehouse for USA orders, your items will be shipped from our Hong Kong or Europe warehouse.

Your tracking codes will be provided to you within 2-4 days after your order is sent to our operation center. Typically, your products will be delivered to you within 5-7 days after reaching the distribution center. In some special cases, such as customs congestion or transportation delays, it may take up to 12 days. If you experience any delays, please contact us at [email protected].

We are also working with fast shipping companies such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx to provide faster shipping options. Soon, we will add express shipping to our delivery options.
